Our programs are non-competitive, which encourages experimentation, and structured but non-regimented, which fosters self-direction.
These programs will not only offer a chance for your child to experience a oneness with nature, but it will build their self confidence too!
They will learn the basics about riding and caring for horses.
They will also be able to enjoy other various outdoor activities.
Proper attire is required: long pants and closed toe shoes. Helmets are provided. We believe in fun, adventure, safety, and great instruction.

Sandspurs Horse Ranch, Inc. presents a Summer Riding Camp, for children ages 5-12. During our program your children will be taught the basics about riding and caring for horses.
Cost of $200 per child, per week. Camp starts at 9:00 a.m. and will go to 3:00 p.m. Proper attire is required: long pants and closed toe shoes. Helmets will be provided.
EXTENDED CARE AVAILABLE.
There is limited space so please reserve your child’s spot now.
Winter Holiday CAMP
Plan for your child’s winter break
Each winter between Christmas and New Year’s, Sandspurs Horse Ranch, Inc. conducts a Winter Riding Camp, for children ages 5-12. The rates, hours and attire requirements are the same as our Summer riding camp.
LESSONS
Private One-hour Lesson - $40.00
This includes one hour of one-on-one time with the student.
Semi-private One-hour Lesson - $30.00 per student
This includes two students. Lesson time is still an hour.
Save $50.00 with Lesson Package Plans:
A) 10 one hour private lessons - $350.00 per student
B) 10 one hour semi-private Lessons - $250 per student
All fees are due and payable at time of lesson.
Package plans must be paid in full prior to first lesson.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES AND PETTING ZOO
Since each child is special and unique, their birthday party should be too! We customize each party based on input from the parents to the child's likes, dislikes, fears and strengths. Please call (904) 608-6992 for details.
